MEMORANDUM FROM: SAC, [[REDACT:LOCATION]] (IDAHO) TO: DIRECTOR, FBI SUBJECT: UNEXPLAINED AERIAL OBJECTS — PUBLIC ORDER CONSIDERATIONS 1. THIS OFFICE WISHES TO ADVISE THE BUREAU OF INCREASING CIVILIAN REPORTS OF UNEXPLAINED AERIAL OBJECTS WITHIN THE [[REDACT:LOCATION]] AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY. 2. THIS OFFICE BELIEVES THAT THE CONTINUED APPEARANCE OF SUCH OBJECTS WITHOUT OFFICIAL EXPLANATION MAY RESULT IN HYSTERIA, OR PANIC, AMONG THE LOCAL POPULATION. 3.
