The image is a black and white photograph of what appears to be an astronomical observation. A crosshair is superimposed on the image, with tick marks labeled "3" on the horizontal axis. There are several rectangular black bars obscuring portions of the image. In the center of the crosshair, there are two small, dark objects. The bottom left corner displays the date and time: "12/31/99 18:20:48".
