The image is not a chart. It is a grayscale image with a timestamp at the bottom left corner: "12/31/99 18:19:19". There are black rectangular shapes overlaid on the image, obscuring parts of the background. A white crosshair is superimposed on the image, with markings labeled "3" on the horizontal and vertical axes. In the center of the image, there appear to be two small, dark, irregular shapes.
