The image is not a chart. It is a photograph with a timestamp in the bottom left corner: 12/31/99 18:19:40. There are several black rectangular shapes overlaid on the image, some with lighter grey rectangles partially obscuring them. A white crosshair is superimposed on the image, with tick marks labeled '3' on the horizontal axis on both sides of the center. There is a small dark object at the intersection of the crosshairs.
